For in-person tickets purchased after Aug. 12th: so long as you contact us before Thursday Sep. 12th we can offer you a full refund. If you contact us after this deadline we can only offer you a partial refund and downgrade you to a Virtual livestream ticket (which includes the recording of the event). You will then get refunded the difference between what you paid and the virtual ticket price.
